Emma Weiss
Chief Design Officer
Emma chose to join the Bloomin’ Blinds team, well…because her father told her she had to join. After several years of art classes in elementary school, Emma brings strong art and technology skills in the design of window treatments and decor. Emma is currently continuing her education as she pursues her middle school diploma. In her free time, Emma likes to do art, hang out with her friends, and procrastinate doing her homework.
Noah Weiss
Chief Negotiator
Bringing his skills and passion in debate, Noah serves as the team’s Chief Negotiator. With many years of experience, Noah has developed strong number skills and will wear anyone down with his arguments, rational or not. Noah recently received his first grade degree and has decided to continue his education in the second grade. In the future, Noah wants to attend Princeton, Harvard or Oxford, and maybe own Amazon. Outside of Bloomin’ Blinds, Noah loves to travel the world, ski, play with his grandma’s dog, and annoy his big sister.
Liam Weiss
Chief Sales Manager
Liam joins the Bloomin’ Blinds of Bucks & Montgomery team fresh off of finishing his education in the infant room. Liam heads up the sales team and is the ultimate closer, due to his big brown puppy-dog eyes and radiant smile. When it comes to sales, few can say no. Liam plans on continuing his education in the pre-kindergarten room and one day hopes to cut his own food and beat his brother in wrestling. In Liam’s spare time, he enjoys playing with hot wheels, cuddling, and spending time with his family.
Alice Lubrano Weiss
Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer
Alice is the co-owner of Bloomin’ Blinds of Bucks & Montgomery County, and spends much of her time managing the Executive Team (and the other co-Owner). Alice brings organization and logistics to the entire team, ensuring that team members are doing what they need to do to make Bloomin’ Blinds a success. A true workaholic, Alice works as a second grade teacher in Trenton in her “free time”. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic (se habla espanol), and holds her bachelors degree in elementary education from UNIBE. Bloomin’ Blinds of Bucks & Montgomery County is lucky to have Alice at the helm.
